Our Family's Vision

More than a campground — a legacy of togetherness.

In 2020, the Coble family created Cobles Landing as a loving space where families and all who love the outdoors are welcomed to reconnect with nature, celebrate togetherness, and build generational memories.

From peaceful mornings at the fishing pond to thrilling ATV rides and evenings around the campfire, this 25-acre slice of Polkton is more than land. It's a place where joy, freedom, and family come home.

It's also a working landscape. We keep bees, tend growing plots and care for animals; we manage these acres for healthy soil, clean water and wildlife; and we open the gates for school groups, farm and nature tours, and hands-on learning. Seasonal work and training here create real pathways for young people and neighbors in Anson County — so the good this land does reaches well past our own family.
