Cobles Landing — Campsite's Rules and Regulations

Every camper must read and electronically acknowledge these rules and regulations before their stay at Cobles Landing.

Welcome to Cobles Landing. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, Check-Out time is at 11:00 AM. Each reservation is valid for two adults — please provide the names of all children under 12.

Campers may have no more than two pets on the Property. All pets on the Property or in the Campground must be leashed at all times. Camper must clean up after Camper's pet(s). Camper must submit proper up-to-date shot records to Owner for filing. Camper is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Camper's pet(s). Owner, at any time, may request a pet be removed from the Property or the Campground.

The speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour. Camper is responsible for Camper's guests, invitees and family members' compliance with the speed limit in the Campground.

Camper is not allowed to cut or remove any trees, flowers, shrubs, foliage or any other similar item without prior written approval from Owner.

Camper must accompany at all times any children under the age of twelve (12) on the Property or in the Campground. Camper is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Camper's children, guests, invitees or other family members.

Commercial Generators, electric hot water heaters, electric stoves and electric space heaters are not allowed on the Property or in Camper's camper or trailer. Any occurrence where a Camper is found to have violated this rule there will be a $25.00 penalty to cover costs occurred and the item such as a heater must be removed from the campground.

Quiet time in the Campground is from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Camper may not play loud music or make any other similar loud noises during quiet time (exceptions made for authorized special events).

Check out time is at 11:00 a.m.

Camper must have all garbage securely contained in plastic bags. All fish, meat and/or poultry items must be wrapped in a newspaper and doubled bagged before being placed in the Campground dumpster. Camper is responsible for the removal or Camper's own trash.

Camper must keep all fires within the fire pit, fire ring or fireplace. Camper may not have a fire on the Property that exceeds five (5) feet. Camper must extinguish all fires prior to leaving the Property. Campers shall not burn leaves or garbage in their fire rings.

No one shall drive motor vehicle on the grass.

No washing of vehicles, which includes but is not limited to boats, trucks, cars, SUVs, etc.

Camper will park his or her vehicles in the designated area (1 trailer/camper per site).

Motorized pleasure vehicles (e.g., ATV's, mini bikes, go carts, golf carts, etc.) require an additional fee and waiver. (Discount offered. See the office)

Dangerous materials are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Camper shall not at any time have anything of a dangerous, inflammable or explosive character on the Property or in the Campground.

Firearms are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

Fireworks are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

Camper may not allow a minor to consume or possess alcohol on the Property or in the Campground.

Illegal or non-prescription drugs are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

Unruly, rowdy, immoral, lascivious or intolerable behavior is not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Camper and Camper's guests, invitees and/or family members are to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.

Owner reserves the right to remove any person from the Property or the Campground for any violation of these rules or regulations at any time. Those who are told to leave the campground must do so immediately.

Pond — NO SWIMMING. Please acknowledge all signage of depth boundaries to not cross in pond. No lifeguard is on duty. NO SWIMMING or WATER ACTIVITIES PERMITTED.

ATV/4Wheelers Trail — Riding is not permitted without a confirmed reservation. Helmets and safety goggles are required for all riders. Please consult with Owner regarding usage of personal ATV/4Wheelers on land.
