In 2020, the Coble family created Cobles Landing as a loving space where families and all who love the outdoors are welcomed to reconnect with nature, celebrate togetherness, and build generational memories.

From peaceful mornings at the fishing pond to thrilling ATV rides and evenings around the campfire, this 25-acre slice of Polkton is more than land. It's a place where joy, freedom, and family come home.

We know this land the way you know a family member. We've walked every trail before it was a trail, watched the pond fill and the pines grow tall, and learned which corner of the property catches the best light at the end of the day. Caring for it is a daily thing — the mowing, the mending, the stocking of the pond, the fire rings raked clean before you arrive. That work isn't a chore to us. It's how we say welcome.

Legacy, to our family, isn't a word we hang on a sign. It's the choice to build something that outlasts us — a place where our children and their children can stand on the same ground, tell the same stories, and add a few of their own. It's the belief that families deserve somewhere safe and beautiful to slow down together, and that the outdoors belongs to everybody who wants to step into it.

So here's our invitation: come be part of it. Bring the cooler, the fishing poles, the loud cousins, the grandparents who say they'll only stay an hour.
