Our bees do quiet work all year, and once a season we open the apiary up so folks can see it for themselves. Suits and veils are provided for anyone who wants a closer look inside a live hive.
We'll cover what a hive actually does through the year, why pollinators matter to everything else on these 25 acres, and how a small family operation keeps them healthy.
There's honey to taste and honey to take home, and plenty of time for kids to ask the questions grown-ups are too polite to.
